We provide a property management service that includes anything from prepping the villa for an arrival, greeting the guests, maintaining the property, managing bookings, making a welcome meat & cheese plate and being on call 24/7 for all guests staying in our villas. Customer service is our specialty.
We also manage and maintain private homes which ensures a close eye on the properties when the homeowners are away.
Concierge.
Ready to have an adventure of a lifetime?! We can book any car rental reservation, boat excursion, paddle board/snorkel gear rental, dinner reservations and set up provisions for your arrival. With years of experience we have an extensive knowledge of the island and everything it provides! We are one call away from setting up your whole trip.
Real Estate.
If you are interested in making St. John your home or having a second home here, Owner Tori Bertolino is a local real estate agent at Cruz Bay Realty. She is well versed in the different neighborhoods around the island and will make sure to help you find the perfect property for you!
